Squash Handicap

What is the Squash Handicap competition?

The annual Squash Handicap competition is a mixed competition that gives you the chance to play against the best players in the club with an outside chance of at least taking a game off them!

It’s a knock-out and anyone unlucky enough to go out in their preliminary or first round match automatically goes into a second competition, called the Plate. So you are guaranteed at least two games.

The Handicap is played in over October to December. There will be a post on this site with more details nearer the time, or keep an eye on the club noticeboard.

Squash Handicap 2019

The draw was made for the Squash Handicap 2019 was made on Tuesday, October 8th and has been posted on the Club notice board. This year, for the first time, we have a number of our Junior players included in competition which is really good to see.

All Preliminary round games to be completed by October 22nd and all First round games to be completed by November 15th!

Can all players in the Preliminary round and, when possible, the First round please contact their opponents ASAP to arrange to play? It’s important that we get these games completed on time as they also drive the start of the Plate competition.
